I’m Lidice, founder of Lidice Events, based in Tuscany.
Born in Cuba and living in Italy for over 20 years, I’ve always carried with me the values of authentic joy, human connection, and creative expression. Tuscany, with its timeless beauty and charm, has become the perfect stage for the unforgettable weddings and events I create.
I am a certified Event & Wedding Planner, trained at the 24ORE Business School in Sponsorship and Communication, and specialized at the Enzo Miccio Academy, where I refined my skills as a Wedding Planner, mastering the art of organization and the complete direction of a wedding.
My professional journey, however, began much earlier.
For many years, I worked as a manager for Latin American music groups, bringing my culture to Italy and across Europe. That experience taught me the power of emotions, the importance of backstage organization, and the ability to create unforgettable experiences.
At the same time, I also worked in the fashion industry, nurturing an innate taste for detail, glamour, and elegance.
Every event I design reflects a delicate balance between structure and creativity, precision and heart.
I organize both private and corporate events, but my greatest passion is weddings. Because from the moment a couple decides to say “yes,” everything changes. And I am here to make that day unique, emotional, and unrepeatable, in every detail — with style, empathy, and vision.
I deeply believe in the value of empathy: for me, everything begins with meeting the other person. By listening carefully and truly understanding those in front of me, I can create tailor-made events. Empathy allows me to connect with my clients, to understand their most authentic desires, to build trust and harmony — and from there, an unforgettable wedding or event is born.
I am also a passionate traveler: every journey gives me new inspirations, atmospheres, details, and ideas that I bring into my projects.
Becoming the mother of three wonderful daughters has revealed to me how naturally gifted I am at creating special moments, filled with love, meaning, and beauty.
With me, nothing is left to chance. And above all, boredom is never invited.
My goal is to make every moment vibrate with emotion — whether it is a wedding or another special event — because every story, every person, every “yes” deserves to be told in a unique way.
